Refund Policy

CHANGE OF MIND:
Due to the nature of custom fabrication, custom made items are not eligible for return or refund for "change of mind" once an order has been confirmed and production commenced.
FAULTY or DAMAGED:
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not as described please notify us immediately and in any case within 3 days of delivery. We will require photos and a description of the issue. Once assessed and if approved we will offer repair, replacement or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for proven defects.
Haseler Studio provides a 12 month warranty on all leather products, beginning the date of purchase. Please contact us with a thorough description and photos of the fault. Once assessed we will offer a repair or replacement if the product is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing or design defect.
We will NOT issue a refund if we deem the product has been misused, neglected or tampered with. Examples of this include: tampering, modifications, accidental damage caused by environmental events, incorrect storage, natural ageing of the product, normal wear and tear, demos and seconds are not eligible for warranty.
